Beaulieu America is a privately-held carpet and flooring manufacturing company headquartered in Dalton, GA USA. Founded in 1978, Beaulieu America has grown to be the third largest flooring manufacturer and the largest carpet-only maker in the world. Most recently, Beaulieu of America has broken into the hard surfaces market with Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT). With over 26 facilities, we proudly employ 4,000 associates from across the country in our unique, family oriented culture. At Beaulieu, we are comprised of four divisions: Residential, Commercial, Specialty Fabrics and International that we design and market.
● Residential: Carpet, engineered hardwood, IMPERVIO engineered waterproof flooring, laminate, luxury vinyl tile (LVT)
● Commercial: HOLLYTEX for main street commercial; BOLYU for specified commercial; AQUA, a brand of carpet for the hospitality industry

In our specialty fabrics division, we produce our own carpet yarn and own carpet backings.

We are a leading innovator of exclusive, solutions-oriented features that are built into our carpet. Our most popular solutions are Magic Fresh that reduces common household odors and Silver Release antimicrobial technology that inhibits the growth of odor and stain-causing bacteria, mold and mildew.

Here at Beaulieu America, we are also a pioneer in environmentally-responsible manufacturing practices and leading industry with eco-friendly products such as OMNILOC & NEXTERRA carpet backing made with 40% minimum post consumer recycled content based on the total weight of the finished product
