Our team has worked with industry bodies, multinational companies, SMEs and government organisations.
The transdisciplinary nature of our research has equipped us with a diverse range of facilities, including a conditioned textile testing laboratory, wet processing laboratory, textile processing laboratory, chemistry laboratories, microbiological laboratories, computational chemistry suite, analytical laboratories and access to other facilities on the University of Huddersfield’s award-winning campus.
Following feedback from industry we have developed a new postgraduate course, MSc Product Innovation with Textiles, offering students a strong foundation in textile properties, design management, research methodology and sustainability in order to inspire and guide their textile product innovations.
